Using our games
Sawgrove's games are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use through the App Store or Google Play, under that store's standard terms (for Apple, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement). These terms add to those; where they differ, the store's terms apply.
Please don't reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute our games, or use them to break the law.
Purchases
In-app purchases are optional, cosmetic, and processed by Apple or Google. Refunds follow their policies. You can restore purchases on any device signed in to the same store account.
Your saves
Your progress is stored on your device. We work hard to never lose it, but we can't guarantee against loss from device failure, deletion or a missing backup.
Changes and availability
We update our games to fix problems and add things. We may change or stop offering a feature, and we'll try to give notice before anything you've paid for changes.
Liability
Our games and this site are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Sawgrove LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
